According to your usage of your RO System our company does three types of AMC for repairing/maintenance of your water filter.

1st Type Contract:-Rs.2000/- (including GST)

In this contract our company will give three service to your RO system in the whole year. In which all the filters will be changed in the first service itself. Then after four months the pre-filter will be replaced and thoroughly checked, cleaned and adjusted in the final service. If there is a need to replace any spare parts, then you will have to pay the cost.

2nd TYPE Contract: Rs. 3000/-(including GST)

This Agreement shall contain the same services as mentioned above (1st Type Contract), but the following parts such as Solenoid Valve, Low Pressure Switch, High Pressure Switch, Float Switch Adapter / SMPS will be provided. In this Contract Following spare parts will not include R.O.Pump, Ultra violet Lamp, Pre Filter Unit, Stand, Diverter Valve, Re-installation, plumbing accessories, whole body, pipe and Membrane.

3rd TYPE Contract:Rs. 4200/-(including GST)

In this contract the above( 1st and 2nd Type Contract) mentioned services will be same but the below mentioned spares will be covered/ replace with new or rectified spares like Solenoid valve, Low Pressure Switch, High pressure Switch, Ultra violet Lamp, Float switch adapter/S.M.P.S, Membrane(Once Maximum) another membrane will be on chargeable basis.

In These Contract Following spare parts will not be covered/ include Pre Filter Unit, Stand, Diverter Valve, plumbing accessories, Re-installation, whole body.

Terms and conditions for Annual Maintenance contract:-

A. The contract shall not cover visits/replacement of parts under the following circumstances

(a) Damage caused to the equipment due to floods, fire, accident, riot, breakage, pest, misuse, Improper or negligent use, tempering leakage form pipe etc.

(b) Damage caused to the equipment due to failure to observe the operating instructions & Precautions as in user manual.

(c) Defects due to usage of non recommended spares.

(d) Visits for customer re-training or for installation at a different location.

(e) Defects/failures resulting from servicing/ repairs done by a person other than the authorized representative of SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD.

(f) Where this equipment is under use for more than 8 hours a day continuously, unless otherwise, agreed in writing by SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. With regard to repairing the existing worn out/defective parts or replacing the same and ascertains the presence the above circumstances the decision of SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. Will submit a prior estimate for approval or bill for the work carried out at the prevailing rate.

B.) For repairs necessitating the removal of the purifier or any parts of to SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. Nearest services centre or factory, there shall be no additional charges for the Labor. However in such cases incidental Expenses incurred like fright, packing, insurance, Octroi etc. will have to be born by the customer.

C.) The equipment must be in good condition and the same to be certified by the authorized Representative of SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. Before this contract becomes effective. The customer shall pay the necessary charges in the first instance for rendering the equipment, so workable for which SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. will submit an estimate for approval. This clause does not apply if a contract is renewed from the next day of date termination of the warranty period or previous contract period.

d.) The equipment should be made available for servicing as and when our Service technician or engineer calls on his periodical servicing visit. Failure to do so will be treated as a service rendered and no refund shall accrue on this account.

E.) Every visit our service technician/engineer will be made reasonable time from receipt of a complaint for breakdown of the equipment and will be made only during working hours of our service department and no visit will make on Sunday/holidays.

F.) The liability of SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. Shall be limited to providing service and replacing spares as covered by this contract and SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. Shall not be liable damages, death, injuries or any consequential damages of what so ever nature to any person or property by use of operation of the product.

G.) In order to enable SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. To discharge its obligation under this contract the customer shall notify in writing any change in his address within 10 day of such change. In default where of SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. shall not be obliged to perform its obligation under this contract till it receives such any intimation from the customer. In such an event the removal and reinstallation of the product / unit will be done at an additional cost as per the rate recalling on the date.

H.) The contract in neither terminable before the expiry period nor transferable in the event of Resale/gift to any other person.

I.) This contract is offered only within the municipal limits of your city. However an additional amount of Rs.200/ or actual cost will be chargeable extra for each visit made beyond these limits but within the metropolitan area and will have to be paid in cash the Service technician/ engineer attending for which a case memo/bill will be given.

J.) Contract charges are payable by cheques/DD/Cash in favor of SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. In advance and payment shall accompany the signed copy of the contract and such payment shall be released before the commencement of the contract period.

K.) Renewal of the service contract after its expiry will be at the sole discretion of SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. And depending upon the age of the product.

L.) It shall not be the responsibility of SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. To send any reminder or may such communication to intimate the expiry or Renewal of the contract. The onus of renewing the contract rests with the owner.

M.) In the event of any complaint please quote your name, address and the contact number. And collect the complaint number.

N.) The contract sets out all the terms and condition of which SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD. Aggress to service the equipment and cancels and supersedes all prior agreement, Undertaking of arrangement, oral or written between the parties. On the subject matter.

O.) Validity of this offer one month from this Performa signed.

P.) The contract amount is not refundable at any cost.

Q.) Subject to Delhi jurisdiction.

R.) Payment in advanced.

S.) Within the contract period all the defective items/spares are the property of the SHRISHTY CARE WATER TREATMENT PVT. LTD And it will be taken back by the service tech. /service engg.

T.) If cheque will be bounced or dishonored Rs.500/- will be charged extra and A.M.C. will be avoided & 2 % per day will be charged extra.
