How AMC Works

Choose Silver, Gold or Platinum.
Contact us and confirm the AMC.
Technician inspects and services the RO.
Scheduled service and support are provided as per the selected plan.

AMC Terms & Conditions

• AMC is valid only for the period mentioned in the agreement.

• AMC charges are payable in advance and non-refundable.

• Services are during normal working hours, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.

• Customer must provide uninterrupted water and electricity.

• Additional spare parts are charged as applicable when outside the selected plan.

• Customer is responsible for safe custody and proper use of the RO system.

• Do not open the RO cabinet/system yourself.

• Inform the technician promptly about complaints.

• Delays due to natural calamity, strike, flood, riots or unavoidable circumstances are outside the company’s control.
